●For use with bleed-type pneumatic control valves: The Cushioned Sensing Nozzle consists of a spring-loaded housing with two jam nuts for mounting. By remotely mounting the Cushioned Sensing Nozzle, it works to reliably seal-off a control valve’s bleed port by retracting into the housing during target over-travel. Normally vulnerable valve bleed ports are thus protected from inconsistent machine motions.
