●Designing machines with aluminum extrusion profiles, framing, or so called "t-slot"is very popular. SoftNoze BM-AF style Block Mounts makes connecting barrel-style proximity sensors to these aluminum machine frames easy, and fast! Our standard models attach 6.5mm, 8mm, and 12mm diameter sensors. A single M4 bolt, and t-nut, secures sensor and the BM-AF to the slotted framing. A serrated bushing locks position.
●Speed-up setup and adjustment of inductive, photoelectic, capacitive sensors. Can also secure other tubular-style control components, for example our popular Banking Screw Adapters or ProxPlunger™ devices. Use of BM-AF Block Mounts securely hold sensors, while your equipment gains a professional look.
