●Dear Valued Distributor,
■In reference to the distribution agreement between you and Smiths Interconnect (the “Agreement”).
■We would like to inform you that from 18 December 2024 Smiths Interconnect will be updating its current pricing and this letter serves as formal notification of those changes under the Agreement. Please find the updated distribution price list attached.
■Smiths Interconnect remains committed to the continuous process improvements that we are making in our manufacturing facilities to control the impact of any future price increases and thus remain competitive in the marketplace.
■If you would like to take advantage of the current pricing list, please work with our Sales on all opportunities before the effective date mentioned above.
