●Splice Technologies’ “OVERSIZED FIBER” Series fusion splice protection sleeve is designed to accommodate fiber with diameters up to 1.8mm (.070”) and applications where additional fiber protection is required. This product is constructed with a heavy wall EVA adhesive inner tube, two heat shrink outer tubes, and a stainless steel strength member. The tubes are clear to allow viewing the fiber during and after splicing. The after shrink diameter is approximately 5mm, and available in lengths of 40 & 60mm. We are proud to say that all of our splice sleeve products are made here in the USA and most sleeves are in stock ready for prompt delivery.
