Vi 602 Fluorinated rubber
▲Description of material
■Fluorinated rubber ́s excellent resistance to chemicals is however exceeded by that of Viton Extreme-ETP. Due to its modified polymer structure, swelling in solvents and highly basic media is significantly reduced. This material is also resistant to plant and animal fats (fat content >= 30 %) plus flavouring agents and essential oils. Vi 602 demonstrates excellent resistance when used in cleaning cycles as part of CIP and SIP processes, and is resistant to WFI water.
