OR-6N137H Photo coupler Product Data Sheet
■The OR-6N137H is 15-MBd CMOS optocouplers . The optocouplers use the latest CMOS IC technology to achieve outstanding performance with very low power consumption. Basic building blocks of OR-6N137H is high speed LEDs and CMOS detector ICs. Each detector incorporates an integrated photodiode, a high-speed transimpedance amplifier, and a voltage comparator with an output driver.
■The photoelectric coupler operating temperature range: - 40 ℃ ~ + 85 ℃.

■3.3V / 5V supply voltage
■Low power consumption
■High speed: 15MBd(typical)
■VCM = 1000V and the lowest common mode inhibition (CMR) is 10 kv/μs.
■- 40 ℃ ~ + 85 ℃ temperature of AC and DC performance.
