●The AM83 series of high power microwave amplifiers cover frequencies from 230MHz to 2.2GHz with gain to 55dB, and output power to +58dBm These products are tuned to customer selected bandwidths of typically 200MHz. LDMOS and GaAs FET designs are available in the range.
