●The series AM31 covers frequencies of 5.00GHz to 15.00GHz and has a maximum output power of 15 watts
●The AM31 series are compact FET/MMIC hybrid designs, intended for applications where space and weight are restricted. Covering frequencies from 5 to 15GHz with gain to 45dB and output power to +42dBm, these products are tuned to customer selected bandwidths of typically 500MHz.
