●概述 Description
■QX3901 光电耦合器采用SOP4 封装，LED 发射的光被光电二极管阵列接收，将其转换为输出电压，适合于MOS栅极驱动应用。The QX3901 photocoupler is packaged in a 4-pin package，and the light emitted by LED is received by the photodiode array and converted into output voltage, which is suitable for MOS gate drive applications.
