■GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
●The SK6693E is a high frequency, synchronous, rectified, step-down switch-mode converter with internal power MOSFETs, capable of delivering up to 3A output current.
●The SK6693E operates in a wide input supply range from 4.5V to 16V, and provide an output voltage from 0.6V with excellent load and line regulation.
●The SK6693E ECOT control operation provides very fast transient response and easy loop design as well as very tight output regulation. And it requires a minimal number of readily available, external components
●The SK6693E is available in SOT23-6 package.
