SK6692 17V 2A Synchronous Step-Down Converter
■The SK6692 is a high-efficiency, DC-to-DC step down switching regulator with internal power MOSFETs, capable of delivering up to 2A of output current.
■The SK6692 operates in a wide input voltage from 4.5V to 17V, and provides an output voltage from 0.6V with excellent load and line regulation.
■The SK6692 ECOT control operation provides very fast transient response and easy loop design as well as very tight output regulation. And requires a minimal number of readily available standard external components, making it an ideal replacement for large power consuming linear regulators.
■The SK6692 has built-in Internal soft-start control circuitry. Over Voltage, Short-circuit and thermal shutdown protection improves design reliability.
■The SK6692 is Pb-free and Halogen-free, and available in SOT23-6 package.
