967 Semi-Automatic Wafer Mounter
●ADT 967 Semi-Automatic Wafer Mounter is designed to automatically mount wafers on tape.The features of this advanced mounter provide fast, accurate and bubble-free mounting, avoiding the risks of non-uniform manual mounting. Once set, the same sequence is used for each wafer. Maintaining the exact mounting process conditions guarantees a high quality and consistent mounting.
●User Interface and Features
■967 Wafer Mounter is simple and intuitive to use.
■A graphic LCD display indicates operation modes and alarms. Process parameters, such as Roller pressure, Chuck temperature and Mounting speed, can easily be set using the user-friendly interface.
■Replacing the tape roll is quick and straightforward, keeping the downtime minimal. A backing tape collector is included to support UV tapes.
