Fluorosint® 207 PTFE Polytetrafluoroethylene PRODUCT DATASHEET
Fluorosint® 207 Polytetrafluoroethylene PTFE is a Food Contact Compliant grade of Fluorosint® with a unique combination of dimensional stability and creep resistance, exceptional sliding and wear properties, and outstanding chemical and hydrolysis resistance. Possessing the lowest coefficient of friction of all Fluorosint materials, Fluorosint® 207 PTFE shapes excel in food, pharmaceutical, and chemical processing industries, especially for aggressive service bearing and bushing applications. It is also a preferred material for lower pressure seats and seals, where virgin PTFE fails and Food Contact Compliance may be required.
