CT81xx:Window/Door Sensor Applications
■High Sensitivity, BOP as low as 0.9 mT
■Sensor Polarity:
▲Unipolar – CT811x
▲Bipolar – CT8121x
▲Omnipolar – CT813x
■Current Consumption: down to 110 nA @ VDD = 1.8 V and fS = 2 Hz
■Supply Voltage: 1.7 V to 5.5 V
■Digital CMOS Outputs:
▲Push-pull
▲Open Drain
■UVLO Protection
■Package Options:
▲3-lead SOT23
▲4-lead LGA, 1.45 × 1.45 × 0.44 mm
●Conclusions:
■CT8132SK has greater sensitivity compared to reed switch.
▲With same magnet size, BOP and BRP range is improved by 10 mm and 9 mm respectively.
▲A smaller magnet will achieve similar BOP and BRP range but realize a lower cost and smaller solution footprint.
■ Implementing CT8132SK will either provide better power and magnetic performance plus lower solution cost and size.
