CS2003CP/CB Seven Darlington Arrays
■CS2003CP/CB is a monolithic high-voltage, high-current Darlington transistors arrays that consists of seven NPN Darlington pairs. It is useful for driving a wide range of loads including relays, hammers, LED display lamps, high power buffers and so on.

■Output current 500mA per driver (MAX)
■High sustaining voltage output 50V (MIN)
■5V TTL, CMOS compatible inputs
■Integrated suppression diodes for inductive loads
