Warranty Policy HDCS® Structured Cabling System
■The Rosenberger HDCS ® Structured Cabling System Warranty Policy is based on the two pillars:
▲ 2-year standard product warranty
▲ 25-year system quality warranty
■An initial 2-year standard product warranty automatically starts after the Rosenberger invoice has been issued. Any request of extension of such product warranty may be checked with local Rosenberger customer representatives.
■The 25-year system quality warranty automatically starts from the date of the Rosenberger 25-year Quality Warranty certificate issued.
■This Warranty Policy is not applicable to Rosenberger’s Pyxis TM intelligent infrastructure management system (i.e. iIMS). The warranty of Rosenberger’s Pyxis TM iIMS solution and products may be checked with local Rosenberger customer representatives.
