High Pressure Sealing Gland For Installation with EABX-PSHP Series High Pressure Secondary Process Seal Installation & Maintenance Information
■Install the 3/4" male thread of the gland body into the EABX process seal hub opposite from where the high pressure is entering into the fitting. See photo to right.
■Install union onto the conduit and cap. Insure sufficient wire is pulled to make necessay connections at junction box.
■Feed conductors through cap, follower, insulator, sealant and second insulator up through body and into the process seal. The open side of the pin on follower must face the cap.
■Carefully assemble parts into the body. Verify that the conductors are not crimped between the Body, Insulators and Follower.
■Using a torque wrench, tighten the Cap and Body to 75 - 80 Ft-Lbs.
