●European Union REACH Regulation EC 1907/2006: We have reviewed our products with respect to the initial and most recent additions to the Candidate SVHCs List for Authorization dated June 25, 2020. Hence, we advise that none of the listed SVHCs published through June 25, 2020 (209 SVHCs in count) are present in a concentration exceeding 0.1% by weight in the products except the presence of substances identified in the products listed below.
●SVHC Communication
■Lead (CAS No: 7439-92-1) is present above the limit of 0.1% weight. Lead can be found as an alloying element in steel, galvanized steel, aluminum, copper alloys, and as a component in solders and in glass. Currently these leaded components are exempted under ROHS2 Directive.
■1,2-dimethoxyethane (CAS No: 110-71-4) is present above the limit of 0.1% weight in the electrolyte of the lithium battery component where fitted.
■Octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane (D4) (CAS No: 556-67-2) is present above the limit of 0.1% weight in the IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) module component.
■Decamethylcyclopentasiloxane (D5) (CAS No: 541-02-6) is present above the limit of 0.1% weight in the IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) module component.
■Dodecamethylcyclohexasiloxane (D6) (CAS No: 540-97-6) is present above the limit of 0.1% weight in the IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) module component.
●RoHS2 European Directive 2011/65/EU dealing with the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment
■We are continually reviewing all our products with respect to the maximum concentration values of the hazardous substances set out in the RoHS2 Directive.
■The object of the declaration comply with the European Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS2) Directive 2011/65/EU, as last amended in June 4th, 2015, published as Directive (EU) 2015/863 with regard to the allowed amounts of lead, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls (PBB), polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE), bis(2-Ethylhexyl) phthalate( DEHP), benzyl butyl phthalate (BBP), dibutyl phthalate (DBP) and diisobutyl phthalate (DIBP).
