H8S 16bit Micro Controller: CPU H8S C200 package
●H8S is a 16-bit top-level model.
●It is command compatible upper order with H8 / 300, H8 / 300H.
●CPU H8S C200 package includes BSC, INTC, Timer, WDT, SCI peripheral modules.
●For other peripheral IP, please contact us.

●Reference Product Name: H8S / 2600 2000 series
●H8 / 300 and H8 / 300H CPU object programs can be executed.
■Differences from H8 / 300 CPU
●General purpose register and control register are expanded.
●We extend the address space.
●When in normal mode, the same 64 kbyte address space as H8 / 300 CPU can be used
●Maximum 4 Gbyte address space can be used in advanced mode
●Bit manipulation instruction, signed multiply and divide instruction, 2 bit shift, 2 bit rotate instruction, multiple register save / restore instruction, test and set instruction are added.
●We have doubled the basic instructions
