RS1T45-Q1 1-Bit Dual-Supply Bus Transceiver with Configurable Voltage Translation and 3-State Outputs
■The RS1T45-Q1 is 1-bit non-inverting bus transceiver uses two separate configurable power supply rails. The A port and DIR are designed to track VCCA, which supporting operating voltages from 1.65V to 5.5V, and the B port supporting operating voltages from 1.65V to 5.5V while it tracks the VCCB supply. This allows for universal lowvoltage bidirectional translation between any of the 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V and 5V voltage nodes.
■The RS1T45-Q1 is designed for asynchronous communication between two data buses. The logic levels of the direction- control (DIR) input activate either the Bport outputs or the A-port outputs. The device transmits data from the A bus to the B bus when the B-port outputs are activated and from the B bus to the A bus when the Aport outputs are activated. The input circuitry is always active on both A and B ports and must have a logic HIGH or LOW level applied to prevent excess ICC and ICCZ.
■The RS1T45-Q1 is available in Green SOT23-6 and SOT363(SC70-6) packages. It operates over an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
