2301181401 Errata Update v0.2 for FGM230S, v0.3 for ZGM230S
■Silicon Labs is pleased to announce the release of errata versions 0.2 for FGM230S and v0.3 for ZGM230S modules.
●Reason for Change
■The following errata and workarounds have been added or updated:
◆EUSART_E303 (EUSART receiver enters lockup state when using low frequency IrDA mode)
◆ EUSART_E304 (Incorrect stop bits lock rx)
◆ Fixed workaround routing for KEYSCAN_E301 (Unused Rows Are Not Properly Gated Off)
◆(only ZGM230S) added KEYSCAN_E301 (Unused Rows Are Not Properly Gated Off)
◆ (only ZGM230S) added IADC_E306 (Changing Gain During a Scan Sequence Causes an Erroneous IADC Result)
◆(only ZGM230S) resolved CUR_E303 – Active Charge Pump Clock Causes High Current
