NWT07N42G32K Micro Controller Preliminary Datasheet
■ The NWT07N42G32K is designed to provide a low cost, high performance for embedded system.
To target system performance, the NWT07N42G32K supports of MCU, System, Peripheral, Power
Management, ADC Block. MCU block is consist of ARM7TDMI, 32KB EEPROM for programming,
serial I/F for In System Programming. System block is consist of 4KB data processing SRAM, 2CHDirect
Memory Access (DMA), Vectored Interrupt Controller (VIC). Peripheral block supports various
functions, I2C slave/master, SPI, 32bit watch dog timer, 2CH general 32bit timer, 2CH PWM 32bit
timers, 12ea GPIO. Power management block is consist of POR, 1.8V LDO, 32bit Wake-Up timer
(WUT) and active/idle control, 32KHz OSC, 16MHz OSC. ADC block supports 17CH analog inputs
simultaneously.
■ The NWT07N42G32K is built around ARM7TDMI core: The ARM7TDMI is a member of the
Advanced RISC Machines (ARM) family of general purpose 32-bit microprocessors. The ARM7TDMI
core execute both the 32-bit ARM and 16bit Thumb instruction sets, allowing the user to trade-off
between high performance and high code density.
■ The NWT07N42G32K is fabricated in a 0.18um CMOS technology.
