●Troubleshooting
■I can't add the device in APR I don't know what is the problem?
▲Make sure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz and password contains no more than 32 non-special characters. Make sure the device is in either AP Setup mode or Smart Setup mode before proceeding on APR
■With NoAPP setup, do I still need to use BroadLink APP?
▲With our NoAPP technology, the APP is not required during device setup.
▲After the device setup completes, you can just use Alexa or Google Home APP to discover the device and control it in their APPs or using voice commands with their speakers. Alexa and Google Home support all basic features of the device. If you want to experience more advanced functions such as powerful timers and scenes, we recommend you to download "BroadLink" APP and use the same email to sign up an account to try it.
■I can't find the device in Alexa and Google Home APR How can I do?
▲Make sure the device can be controlled from external networks (ex. 4G) in BroadLink APP before discovering in Alexa and Google Home.
▲Make sure you selected the same region as you've done in BroadLink APP during account linking in Alexa and Google Home APP
