■I can't add the device in APR I don't know what is the problem?
▲Make sure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz and password contains no more than 32 non-special characters. Make sure the device is in either AP Setup mode or Smart Setup mode before proceeding on APR
■I can't find the device in Alexa and Google Home APP. How can I do?
▲Make sure the device can be controlled from external networks (ex. 4G) in BroadLink APP before discovering in Alexa and Google Home.
▲Make sure you selected the same region as you've done in BroadLink APP during account linking in Alexa and Google Home APP
