●Product Overview
■The NST112 is a 1.71V to 3.6V micropower digital temperature sensor. The on-chip 12-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) provides resolution down to 0.0625°C. The device is specified at the full temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
■The NST112 communicates through a flexible 2-wire digital interface which is compatible with SMBus and I²C and supports 4 configurable device addresses. The device offers a typical accuracy of 0.5°C, it is highly linear and does not require complex calculations or lookup tables to derive temperature.
■NST112 has a small package (SOT563), making it suitable for on-board and off-line applications in the industrial and consumer markets.
