●Product Overview
■The NST112 is a low-power, high accuracy digital temperature sensor ideal for negative temperature coefficient (NTC) and positive temperature coefficient (PTC) thermistors. NST112 is SMBus and I²C compatible, supports 4 device addresses, and provides SMBus reset and alert functions. The device offers a typical accuracy of 0.5 °C, it is highly linear and does not require complex calculations or lookup tables to derive temperature. The on-chip 12-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) provides resolution down to 0.0625 °C. NST112 has an operating temperature range of -40 °C to 125 °C and is available in SOT563 package, making it suitable for on-board and offline applications in the automotive, industrial, and consumer markets. applications in the IoT.
