●Description: The 5.0SMDJxxS-HRA High Reliability series is designed specifically to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events. These are available with a variety of upscreening options for enhanced reliability.

■Enhanced reliability screening options are available in reference to MIL-PRF-19500. Refer to screen process table for more detail on screening options
■For surface mounted applications in order to optimize board space
■Low profile package
■Built-in strain relief
■VBR @TJ= VBR@25°C x (1+αT x (TJ - 25)) (αT: Temperature Coefficient)
■Glass passivated chip junction
■5000W peak pulse power capability at 10/1000μs waveform, repetition rate (duty cycles):0.01%
■Fast response time: typically less than 1.0ps from 0V to VBR min
■Excellent clamping capability
■Low incremental surge resistance
■Typical IR less than 2μA above 12V
■High Temperature soldering guaranteed: 260°C/40 seconds at terminals
■Plastic package has Underwriters laboratory flammability 94V-O
■Meet MSL level1, per J-STD-020, LF maximun peak of 260°C
■Matte tin lead–free plated
■Halogen free and RoHS compliant
■2nd level interconnect is Pb-free per IPC/JEDEC J-STD-609A.01
■Recognized to UL 497B as an Isolated Loop Circuit Protector
