●N-Sil 8650-3 is one part silicone thermal conductive grease. It is non-flowing, highly filled compound. It is designed for applications where a highly conductive thermal interface material is required and the device may need to remove from the heat sink. Typical application includes heat sink, memory and chip sets, power transistors and CPU etc.
■Features:
●High thermal conductivity.
●Easy to apply.
●Easily removed by alcohol or acetone.
●High reliability, good resistance to thermal cycle.
