AS500x, AS51x top mark specification update Process & Product Change Notice（0500003）
●The top mark specification of AS500x, AS51x devices has been updated with a digit added at last line to identify the assembly site. See Appendix A for details.
●The changes will take effect on 2022/7/22 from datasheet version 1.10.
■Reason for Change:
●To improve the straight traceability of these devices by adding the identification of assembly site.
■Impact on Form, Fit, Function, Quality, Reliability:
●None
