Upgrade of Software Package for MELSECNET/H Interface Board and CC-Link Interface Board for Personal Computer
■Main features of upgraded version
▲Compatible with Microsoft Windows XP Professional Operating System：MELSECNET/H interface board and CC-Link interface board are now compatible with Microsoft Windows XP Professional Operating System.
▲Supporting PCI bridge：MELSECNET/H interface board and CC-Link interface board are now applicable for a personal computer including PCI Bridge.
●PCI bridge is a function that expands the number of PCI slots.
●If the PC includes the PC bridge function, the PC OS may not recognize the MELSECNET/H or CC-Link interface boards and will show Event ID257 on the OS records event viewer when the PC is started up. This is relevant for the interface board software package before December 2002. Please refer to the personal computer manual, or contact the personal computer manufacturer to confirm if the PCI bridge function is included.
