●Title: Si4xxx EZRadio and EZRadio PRO Tray Change SPILQFN-4x4
●Description of Change:Silicon Laboratories (Silicon Labs) is pleased to announce that a change is being made to the shipment media for Si4xxx EZRadio & EZRadio PRO QFN-4x4 devices. Per the effective date of this PCN, there will be a change in Tray vendor from Shinon to Sunrise for trays only.
The tray dimensions for the current and new tray are identical,except cavity wall height in tray bottom. The cavity wall for the new tray is higher to prevent IC dislodging from the cavity. Please refer to Appendix A for further details and Appendix B for tray dimensions for both trays.
●Reason for Change:Shinon tray is being changed to Sunrise as part of our continuous improvement initiative.
●Impact on Form, Fit, Function, Quality, Reliability:There is no impact to Form, Fit, Function, Quality or Reliability.
