●Title: Transition from Zentri to Silicon Labs: Part Numbers, Labels and Shipping
●Description:On Jan 23, 2017, Silicon Labs completed the transaction to acquire Zentri. The integration of Zentriinto Silicon Labs will result in a few relatively minor changes as described below:
1.Existing customer purchase orders shipped beginning on Jan 23, 2017, will be fulfilled and shipped by the same manufacturer, with additional ship-from locations, but done so through the Silicon Labs ERP system.
2.The Zentriinner and outer box (3S) labels will transition as inventory is depleted to the standard Silicon Labs Inner box (HU) & Outer box (3S) shipping labels; see the Production Identification section and Appendix A.
3.All boxes, reels, trays, and moisture barrier bags will transition to Silicon Labs standard materials as inventory is depleted.
4.The commercial invoice (pro forma) and packing list will change to the Silicon Labs standard format. See Appendix A.
The following Zentri ordering part numbers [OPN] will be transitioned to new OPN to accommodate Silicon Labs Enterprise software (SAP) and all new orders for these parts will reflect the new part numbers. All other Zentripart numbers will remain the same.
●Reason:Zentri acquisition by Silicon Labs.
