●Reason:
EFM8LB1 Revision 0.5 errata includes:
Added wrong marking on devices with data code of 1602
In Section 2.7 PKG_E102 - Devices Marked as G grade states that "Revision A devices with date code of 1540 and 1602 are marked with G. This is an error, and these devices are tested to 105C."
