Notification of MSL Rating for Si7005 and Si7015
●Description:
Silicon Labs is pleased to announce that all Si7005 and Si7015 products are now shipping with a moisture sensitivity level (MSL) rating of MSL2. All Si7005 and Si7015 will have a shipping label marked with MSL2.
●Reason:
The Si7005/15 products are qualified for MSL2 handling.
