■BD9G500EFJ-LA BD9G500UEFJ-LA is buck DC/DC converter with built-in low on-resistance High-Side power MOSFET. It is capable of providing current of up to 5 A. Current mode architecture provides fast transient response and simple phase compensation setup. The operating frequency is adjustable from 100 kHz to 650 kHz.
