ORPC-851 Photo coupler Product Data Sheet
●The ORPC-851 series devices consist an infrared emitting diodes, optically coupled to a photo transistor detector.
●The devices are in a 4-pin DIP package and available in wide-lead spacing and SMD option.
■Features:
●High Collector- Emitter Voltage (V-CEO= 350V)
●Current transfer ratio(CTR: 50~600% at I-F = 5mA, V-CE = 5V)
●High isolation voltage between input and output (V-iso = 5000 Vrms)
●Pb free and RoHS compliant.
●In compliance with RoHS, REACH standards
