Photo Coupler Containing 4 Infrared LEDs and 4 Phototransistor Detectors
The OR-247 series device contains four infrared LEDs and four phototransistor detectors. The isolation voltage between input and output is VISO=3,750Vrms. The current transfer ratio(CTR) is 50%(min,@IF=5mA,VCE=5V,Ta=25°C). The OR-247 series device is available in a 16-pin SOP(free of halogens and Sb2O3) and operates over a temperature range of -55℃ to +125℃.
