Manufacturer REACH regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC's) Declaration of Conformity
●New candidate list, issued by the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA), will be published every 6 months, resulting in a compliance update process at TRACO to identify, if the new substances are not contained in any of our products (based on the present and best of our knowledge and based on information available to us from our suppliers).
●Some electrical components assembled in our products may contain lead in concentrations higher than 1000ppm (where RoHS exemptions do apply -as mentioned in our RoHS declaration). The weight of the SVHC candidate substances shipped into the EU does not exceed 1 ton/year. Therefore, REACH Article 7 to notify ECHA is not applicable to meet REACH requirements.
●With regards to the used RoHS exemptions, these exemptions do refer to component concentration only, not to the concentration in the final TRACO POWER product. But due to the O5A rule (Once an Article, Always an Article), such component (article) concentrations do have to be reported to customers, independent if the concentration on the final product does reach SVHC concentration limits. TRACO does follow the O5A rule and reports hereby lead (alloy) exemptions on component level.
●TRACO POWER products which have been removed from the sales program (obsolete products) are excluded from coverage of this declaration.
