DA9142-A High-Performance, 13 A/20 A Peak, DC-DC Converter for Automotive Applications Datasheet
●The DA9142-A is an Automotive grade, high efficiency, 13 A continuous and 20 A peak, four-phase, DC-DC stepdown converter (buck). It is fully AEC-Q100 qualified.
●With remote sensing, the DA9142-A improves output voltage regulation at the point of load.
●Fully integrated switching FETs means no external FETs or Schottky diodes are needed.
●A programmable soft startup can be enabled, which limits the inrush current from the input node and secures a slope-controlled rail activation.
●The dynamic voltage control (DVC) supports adaptive adjustment of the supply voltage dependent on the processor load, via either a direct register write using the communication interface (I²C compatible) or with a programmable input pin.
●A configurable GPI allows multiple I²C address selection for multiple instances of DA9142-A in the same application.
●DA9142-A has integrated over-temperature and over-current protection for increased system reliability, without the need for external sensing components.
