NFAL7565L4B SPM 49 Series Smart Power Module(SPM) Inverter, 650 V, 75 A
■The NFAL7565L4B is a smart power module providinga fully-featured, high-performance inverter output stage for ACinduction, BLDC, and PMSM motors. These modules integrateoptimized gate drive of the built-in IGBTs to minimize EMI andlosses, while also providing multiple on-module protection features:under-voltage lockouts, over-current shutdown, temperature sensing,and fault reporting. The built-in, high-speed HVIC requires onlya single supply voltage and translates the incoming logic-level gateinputs to high-voltage, high-current drive signals to properly drive themodule’s internal IGBTs. Separate negative IGBT terminals areavailable for each phase to support the widest variety of controlalgorithms.
