■ SPECIFICATIONS
● General requirements:
▲ RAC module must have an input voltage between 9.5V and 95V and an operating voltage of 24V
▲ RAC module must have an operating temperature between -40°C and 65°C
▲ RAC module must have a storage temperature between -40°C and 85°C
▲ Must support up to 2 temperature sensors with analog or NTC input, temperature ranges between -50°C and 105°C and sensor accuracy of ±0.2°C
▲ Must support up to 10 alarms to include all of the following: door open, high temperature, low temperature, air inlet temperature sensor failure, air outlet temperature sensor failure, high pressure warning, low pressure, frost, and lost communication
◆ Must have high temperature alarm that senses smoke or an open door and shuts off unit for duration of alarm
◆ Must have low temperature alarm that senses opened MAIF high pressure switch
◆ Must have air inlet and air outlet temperature sensor alarm that detects sensor failure and turns unit off for the duration of the alarm
◆ Must have high temperature alarm that detects when the cabinet is over temperature
◆ Must have a low temperature alarm that detects when the temperature is under temperature
◆ Must have frost alarm that detects frozen evaporator coil and turns off compressor and evaporator fan for duration of alarm
▲ USB port to interface with PC for system configurations
▲ Ethernet port to interface with local network for remote access
▲ Shall support multiple communication protocols including SNMR Modbus TCR Ethernet/IP and Profmet protoco
