High-throughput Cell Function Discovery System CV7000 Apoptosis Analysis Using Analysis Software Application Note
■There are a number of apoptosis analysis methods that use imaging. When focusing on nuclei, chromatin aggregation, nuclei condensation and DNA cutting, which accompany the progress of apoptosis, can be discerned from images. The following is an example of the imaging and analysis of nuclei transformations, each of which was implemented using the CV7000 and nuclear morphology analysis software.
