We value our relationship and appreciate the need f or environmental controls. Allegro MicroSystems, Inc. considers itself to be an environmentally responsible company.
Based on the data provided by our suppliers, Allegro MicroSystems, Inc. complies with all applicable local, state, federal, and international environmental regulations. Applicable hazardous substances are not present in excess of specified threshold limits in the parts that Allegro MicroSystems, Inc. sells. Should new information be provided from our suppliers which changes the status of our parts, notification will be provided promptly.
Allegro MicroSystems, Inc. assures customers that everything reasonably possible is being performed to maintain compliance with all environmental standards. However, Allegro MicroSystems, Inc. does not produce any of the materials contained in our product, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in any document, Allegro MicroSystems, Inc shall not be liable, under any theory of law, and shall not be responsible to defend or indemnify any party should any material be out of compliance. Controls are in place to help assure that Allegro MicroSystems, Inc. Remains compliant. We will continue to communicate with our suppliers and maintain compliance records for all our products as part of our compliance program.
