●Change Description: Innoscience (INNO) is announcing the qualification of V-test (Wuxi) Semiconductor Technology Co.ltd as alternate CP test site of HV devices.Existing and future INNO HV products may be tested at any qualified facility.There is no excepted impact on application, function,quality and reliability, no change to the datasheet.
●Reason for change:This change is being implemented to increase CP test capacity and to better support long term demand for the affected products.
