●The REACH regulation also pertains to the use of chemical substances for which the alert level remains high (Substances of Very High Concern "SVHC" and attachment XIV and XVII) and restricts their production, their commercialization, and use as an element of a composite or in a product, as they could pose potential severe consequences on human health and the environment.
●Art. 33 of Regulation 1907/2006 REACH provides that suppliers of articles containing one of the substances of very high concern contained in the candidate list (SVHC) in a concentration higher than 0.1% (weight/weight) must provide sufficient information to allow safe use of the article by the recipients of the article itself.
●Sauro requires from all of it's suppliers that the substances noted on the SVHC list and in attachments XIV and XVII, including their amendments and additions possibly present in the materials supplied by them, are recorded in full compliance with the regulation.
