Innoscience(INNO)is announcing the qualification of ASMC (Advanced Assembly Materials China)and XHH( HENGHUI Technology Corporation) lead frame as alternate lead frame of DFN 5x6 module products.
The change will not impact the form, fit, and function of the product. Product datasheet and package specifications remain the same.
Qualification is performed to evaluate the quality and reliability performance of affected products (See Qualification Data Section, Table 4)
