■DESCRIPTION
●The SCT2A25 is an asynchronous buck converter with wide input voltage ranging from 5.5V to 100V which accommodates a variety of step-down applications,making it ideal for automotive, industry, and lighting applications. The SCT2A25 integrates an 500mn high-side MOSFET and has 4A peak output current limit to support high peak current application in GPS tracker with 4G Module.
●The SCT2A25, adopting the constant-on time(COT) mode control with integrated loop compensation greatly simplifies the converter off-chip configuration.
●The SCT2A25 features Pulse Frequency Modulation (PFM)mode at light load with typical 140uA low quiescent current, which enables the converter to achieve the high-power efficiency during light-load or
no-load conditions.
●The SCT2A25 offers cycle-by-cycle current limit and hiccup over current protection, thermal shutdown protection, output over-voltage protection and input voltage under-voltage protection. The device is
available in an 8-pin thermally enhanced SOP-8 package.
