SMART High Performance Computing Memory Product Brief

2021-08-05
●Why DRAM Memory?
■SMART’s HPC (High Performance Computing) and Enterprise Memory is designed to hold up under the stress of intense workloads. While HPC computing doesn’t require high density, government research labs, for example, need to maximize performance and bandwidth, as well as other factors.
●Enterprise Memory
■HPC and Enterprise Memory require reliability and SMART’s burn-in process and testing produces some of the lowest failure or DIMM rates in the industry. Modules also go through rigorous testing in SMTL (SMART Memory Test Lab) with 10 hour testing at high and low temperatures, and other processes that eliminate weak modules which will last for years in the field.
●Chipkill
■SMART supports systems equipped with Chipkill, x4 DRAMs, and protects computer memory systems from any single memory chip failure, as well as multi-bit errors from any portion of a single memory chip. Chipkill uses replacement DRAM when failure occurs.
●Service and Support:
■ SMART’s engineering team provides pre-sale and post-sale technical assistance for system configuration, technical support and failure analysis
■SMART’s professional worldwide sales organization uses a consultative sales approach, provides excellent service and is backed with speedy RMA support for on-time delivery.
