MXL584 20001 PRODUCT DISCONTINUATION NOTICE (PDN)
● Customer demand for the MXL584, MXL542, MXL582, MXL544 is insufficient to justify maintaining inventory and support. MaxLinear is announcing discontinuation of the MXL584, MXL542, MXL582, MXL544 parts effective the date of this PDN.Customers are recommended to review demand for the lifetime of any platform where these devicesarea component. Last Time Buy orders will be covered by MaxLinear's existing inventory on first come first serve basis and will be non-cancellable and non-returnable. Last Time Buy quantity shall be increments of Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) which is 1,680pcs for trays and reel of 2,500pcs. Lead time will be 20 weeks.
● By taking advantage of this last time buy offer, customer agrees that shipments could fluctuate by +/-10% due to factors not under MaxLinear's control (Yield Variation, etc.). Customer agrees to adjust their P.O. (Increase or Decrease the EOL P.O. quantity) by +/-10% based on final yield. Billing will be adjusted accordingly.
