●Summary:
■The Xilinx® Zynq® UltraScale+™ RFSoCs are available in -2 and -1 speed grades, with -2E or -2I devices havingthe highest performance. The -2LE, -2LI, and -1LI devices are screened for lower maximum static power. TheXCZU21DR, XCZU25DR, XCZU27DR, XCZU28DR, and XCZU29DR devices in the -2LE and -1LI speed gradesand the XQZU21DR, XQZU28DR, and XQZU29DR devices in the -1LI speed grade can operate at a VCCINTvoltage at 0.85V or 0.72V. The XCZU39DR device in the -2LI speed grade and the XCZU43DR, XCZU46DR,XCZU47DR, XCZU48DR, XCZU49DR, XQZU48DR, and XQZU49DR devices in the -2LI and -1LI speed gradesoperate at a VCCINT voltage at 0.72V. When operated at VCCINT = 0.85V, using -2LE and -1LI devices, the speedspecification for the L devices is the same as the -2I or -1I speed grades. When operated at VCCINT = 0.72V, the-2LE, -2LI, and -1LI performance and static and dynamic power is reduced.
■DC and AC characteristics are specified in extended (E), industrial (I), and military (M) temperature ranges.Except the operating temperature range or unless otherwise noted, all the DC and AC electrical parameters arethe same for a particular speed grade (that is, the timingcharacteristics of a -1 speed grade extended device arethe same as for a -1 speed grade industrial device). However, only selected speed grades and/or devices areavailable in each temperature range.

■All supply voltage and junction temperature specifications are representative of worst-case conditions. Theparameters included are common to popular designs and typical applications.
